Founded in 2024 by a duo of health-conscious foodies, Oven Fresh Delights was born out of a simple frustration: being tired of the constant debate between "healthy" and "delicious." As two owners who live for a good workout, we spent years looking for a way to enjoy our favorite desserts and "cheat meals" without feeling like we were undoing all our hard work at the gym. We knew there had to be a way to have our cake—and actually get some fiber in, too.​
